Oversees daily machining operations on 2nd shift, ensuring that CNC equipment runs efficiently, safely, and to precise specifications. Coordinate production schedules, supervise machinists, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet productivity and cost targets.
