To support the eCommerce team, the full-time eCommerce Specialist will manage routine site updates, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and conduct research to enhance workflows and team efficiency, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the coordination and execution of routine site updates through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment Facilitate team standups and maintain JIRA tickets for visibility into ongoing initiatives Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in eCommerce practices Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in site production, operations, project management, or marketing Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Familiarity with CMS platforms and project management tools such as JIRA or Monday Creative skills with a passion for enhancing user experiences Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
