Crew Members are a vital part our family. Crew Members assist the management staff to run our restaurant efficiently.

We are looking for qualified and responsible candidates that can manage transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately while exemplifying the professional standards set forth by Little Caesars.

Candidates must be able to interact with our customers in a friendly, professional manner, and provide assistance as needed. Excellent communication skills are essential to helping us provide customers with an outstanding dining experience. Individuals must also be able to follow instructions, be willing to learn, and be a hardworking member of our valued team.

Crew Member Job Description:

This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time. Essential job duties are defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that affect the success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing high-quality product by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.

• Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain restaurant standards.

• Follow safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars training program and other government agencies.

• Follow Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Team Member Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to express a positive attitude towards others

The ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.

The ability to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.

The ability to communicate to customers and co-workers (i.e., reading, speaking, hearing, writing).

The ability to understand directions and product specifications.

Willingness to cross train and operate surrounding stations as needed.
